Abstract

In the present work, we conducted the synthesis of novel tetracycline-based conjugates of drugs, including antibiotics, by reacting them with tetracycline hydrochloride under the action of a nitroamine, as a purification method. The obtained tetracyclines were successfully used as drug carriers in a two-step synthesis of conjugates.
